Refunds
At Gio Organics, to ensure a hassle-free shopping experience, we strive hard to assist you at every stage. If you have returned an item and expecting a refund then, you must know that the process works in the following manner:
Inspection of the Return: After receiving your returns, it is first inspected and assessed whether they qualify for a return or not
Approval of Refund: On approving the return, we process your refund by using your original payment method
Processing Time: After approval, refunds are generally issued within 10 business days, nevertheless, your credit card or bank provider may take additional time to transfer the refund to your respective account
